Rigoberto Calleja

Hi Tomi,

I want to let you know that Movistar Mexico is advertising the Nokia 6 handset on Twitter:

Best regards.

Tomi T Ahonen

Hi Tweeps

Ok you guys have been SOOOOO good in supplying info, I did some digging myself.

Here in Hong Kong one carrier supports Nokia 6 (CSL) plus 3 big retailers carry it (Broadway, Fortress, Wilson)

Various online sources give us some data from misc countries:

UK: 2 carriers EE and Vigin marketing Nokia 8, plus Carphone warehouse, according to Android Authority

India: 1 carrier Vodafone marketing 3, 5 & 6; says iGadgetWoman.

New Zealand: 1 carrier supports 3, 5, 6 & 8, is Spark (says Spark and HMD)

Australia: 1 carrier, Vodafone supports 3, 5 & 6 (source Voda)

Croatia: 1 carrier Croatian Telecom (part of DT network so affiliate of T-Mobile) advertising 3, 5. Also local retailers support it. Source Nokia Mob.

Serbia: all 3 carriers: VIP, MTS & Voda but each supports 2 of 3 in some combination of 3, 5 & 6.

Meanwhile info via Twitter follower Mister Mobility @moverick - one carrier in Nigeria 9Mobile (=Etisalat) is marketing Nokia 8.

And in other Africa news via Twitter: MadDog @SweetMendoza reported that nothing yet from telcos/carriers in South Africa.

I will keep these only here in the comments, as I will collect a new blog and put the countries into alphabetical order, etc...

PLEASE do add to the info as you find any.. I appreciate also the info 'we don't have any' if your local carriers have not yet started to support Nokia HMD in any way :-)

Hi everybody

Ok posted the new blog. I took Italy and China out of the listing because obviously they don't have carrier support yet, only local retail support.

But we have now 30 countries (and counting) of which 24 have at least one carrier who has said YES to HMD Nokia, and ... SIX countries already where ALL carriers ahave said YES !!

Thats a VERY strong start

Tomi Ahonen :-)

Tomi, hello from another LatAm reader.

In Ecuador, Colombia and Peru, Movistar (Telefonica) carries the Nokia 3 and has been promoting the hell out of it.

The Nokia 7 Plus has a 6in full HD+ screen with an 18:9 aspect ratio,
as well as a 1,080 x 2,160-pixel resolution. The phone had been a constant companion throughout the World Cup season as I watched some of the matches on the device.
