For those who crave all the stats you could possibly carry in your pocket... The TomiAhonen Almanac 2016 edition has JUST been released. All data is current to end-of-2015, the Almanac is the best source of 'everything' about mobile - from the consumers ie subscribers to the handsets including dumb & smartphones - to the services and apps - to the messaging including OTT to the networks, enterprise customers, mobile accessories and on and on and on. It has 213 pages, and 109 charts and tables. The best data source about mobile including countless unique stats nobody else provides for ANY price. And best of all, it only cost 10 Euros. Its an unrestricted pdf file formatted for a smartphone screen so you can carry the best and latest mobile stats with you everywhere, right in your pocket. And boy have I been adding cool stuff into it. How many phones have GPS, how many phablet screen smartphones were sold, on and on and on..
The website still shows the details about last year's edition, but don't worry, of course I'll ship the 2016 edition now. This is the best 10 Euros (14 dollars, 9 UK Pounds) you'll spend and nobody is going bankrupt with this price. But if you appreciate this blog for the stats I share, this is the book I MYSELF USE literally weekly, some weeks daily, because nobody, not even I, can remember all those numbers. The best little smartphone file to carry in your pocket (and its unrestricted pdf so do save another copy to your laptop and a third to your tablet PC).
The organization and table of contents is like before (just adding a couple more charts and pages). So you can see much more of it by looking at the 2015 edition summary here. And this is the ordering page obviously - just scroll to the bottom of hte page and select which currency you want to pay in. I'm emailing now to those who pre-ordered it. Get yours literally.. today.

LOL Nils
Haha yeah.. if the cover really is the barrier, go ahead and spend 1,000 dollars on a report from anyone of my peers and see if that data is as good... good luck with that. I'm not jacking up the price of an ebook just so it can have a pretty cover, this will never be sold in a bookstore where a cover might attract a casual buyer haha, and obviously I am no graphic designer or artist. I deal only with the numbers. Numbers are my buddies. Those who want MY numbers couldn't care less if that cover showed a crocodile devouring a pussycat..
(but it does astound me that every few years someone comes and disses me on the LOOK of something I do. Who the hell cares what it looks like, I'm not running to be Miss Universe, I'm an ugly 56 year old guy. I just happen to be peddling the best NUMBERS in the business - and giving it away for a lousy ten Euros... )

"Who the hell cares what it looks like, I'm not running to be Miss Universe, I'm an ugly 56 year old guy."
It is save to run for miss universe again. Trump has sold all his stock in the business.

Hi Winter
Haha... good. Then I can go ahead with my long-delayed sex-change operation and get my Bond-Babe name change too, to become Tammy O'Honey..
Thanks for the link. It actually is correct. Later below on the page is the link to the free 2010 full unrestricted edition where anyone can see the full 2010 Almanac to see what the Almanac looks like..
