LG final numbers are out in the smartphone wars. LG reports Q4 sales were 15.3 million units up 3% vs Q3 with the preliminary Q4 market share estimate at 3.2%. For the full year LG sold 59.7 million smartphones, up only 1% vs 2014, and a preliminary full year market share estimate at 3.9%. I expect LG to finish ranked either 6th or 7th in the Top 10, racing now with ZTE. I expect Lenovo (with the Motorola brand) to easily outsell 60 million units for the year and be in the Top 5 (with Xiaomi, Huawei, Apple and Samsung). And the smaller Top 10 players are unlikely to get to 59 million.. Ok, more as the numbers come in.
what about Oppo, 50 million http://www.gizmochina.com/2016/01/25/oppo-sold-50-million-smartphones-in-2015/
