« The Ecosystem Myth and Stephen Elop's Alternate Universe at Nokia | Main | To Save Nokia Would Take These Steps - Urgently As In Right Now! »

either there is value in the sales channel still or there isn't. And I seriously doubt that ZTE could lower its cost per unit by absorbing NOK manufacturing, quite the reverse is likely to be true.

The hat is ok,so far no complaints about the hat itself. It's 55% cotton/45% polyster in ACU digital camo pattern military style boonie hat 4 screened side vents loops woven into sides for leaves and branches adjustable chin strap.

Stephen Fuckop

Now I know why they can't fire Elop. He made himself not just a part of the Nokia Leadership Team, but also, a member of the board of directors: http : // www . nokia . com/ about-nokia /corporate-governance /board-of-directors -- no spaces please.

How can they decide to fire a CEO w/c is also a part of the Board of Directors. Remember, the Board of Directors HAVE THE POWER to nominate/elect their chairman/members. So sad.

Why Finland, a country with some of the most capable workforce in the world, a country with plenty of magnificent highly educated and experienced professionals had to look for a foreigner as the CEO of Nokia? ...It is like the French looking for an American or Canadian to run the production of champagne, as if they didn't have enough experts for that job.

I can understand the desire of Nokia to penetrate the US market, but it could have been done by hiring a team of in-house US consultants to advice Nokia's executives. Besides, Nokia has about 10 locations across the US. Aren't those locations already enough to produce a vast understanding of the US market without having to hire somebody like Stephen Elop to penetrate that market ?

Furthermore, don't be so naive about the theory of the evil US investor. Do you truly believe that Americans want a foreign company taking over the huge US market, or Nokia jeopardizing their investments in other companies?.

Sounds interesting. Thanks for info .I like You Now!

Hi,I have been reading this blog for some time now but never bothered to comment until today. Wanted to let you know that I am a fan and enjoy your work.Thanks.

Everyone just needs to lay off. He is attempting to do almost the impossible, and is doing a pretty good job of it. Lets see any of you even accept the huge challenge of turning a company like that around. Grow up.

Air Jordans Fr

i went to the same school as patrick. i remeber those girls from my school who wrote in. they were white trash...i always felt so bad for them.

Just see ... 1 years ago Tomi was suggesting to Fire Elop for the good of Nokia.

Unluckily the controller of Nokia do ignore Tomi, and the like to destroy market value of Nokia.

Nokia is almost dead as we write now ...

Nokia RIP

Somebody could get the Ulm, Germany site right now for free with just over 700 employees. Compare it's engineering capabilities to something between Linaro (which adapts Ubuntu and Android to specific ARM hardware and has about 150 employees) and Red Hat (which takes care of a whole PC Linux distribution and has >3000 employees). Ulm also has capabilites of hardware design, UI and UX design, and applications. Ulm would be able to do just about anything imaginable with Linux and be ready to start with a running start.
