That was fast? Facebook already returned to previous policy

Ha-ha, communities dominate: yes. Facebook looked at the growing revolt, and wisely decided to cancel the change, and return to the previous policy and legal text concerning ownership and retention of content if members leave. Good move, Facebook. We all make mistakes, this was a well-executed recovery from a mistake.
