Our friends over at MyNuMo keep innovating in the 7th Mass Media space. A week from the launch of the iPhone and the first independently created videogame for the iPhone has been released. Its not in the class of John Madden's Pro Football or Tony Hawke's skateboarding, nor is it a World of Warcraft style MMOG. But many Apple enthusiasts will get a lot of fun out of the iWhack. Its a revised version of the old Whack-a-Mole videogame, but now the nasty mole showing up from holes, is Microsoft's Steve Balmer - the evil opposite of anything that is Apple, the Darth Vader if you will.
If you want to see one of the first reviews of the game iWhack, check out the Pocket Gamer UK site. What I love about this paradigm-shifting aspect of the iPhone is that it is now suddenly energizing the IT, media, advertising etc industries and also due to supporting Widgets, applications like this iWhack are easy to generate for the iPhone. And we of course love MyNuMo. Good job guys ! Next game perhaps a bit more "challenging" ha-ha?
Tomi,
Thank you for the nice post on iWhack. Just to clarify one point, iWhack was made available just three days after the iPhones arrived in the stores.
Thank you,
William Volk

We just released MyNuMo Blackjack for the iPhone. MyNuMo Blackjack is a excellent casino game that really shows off the capabilities of the iPhone. It looks cooler and plays better than almost any mobile Blackjack game out there. With the iPhone’s touch screen, MyNuMo Blackjack is really easy to play.
