Tomi.. Excellent.. I agree with a lot. I am still only confused about the type of media that is transported via AR. Which media is it? The content hence the experience is unique to the medium I feel.. It's not video, it's not audio, it's something new... isn't it?

The media content - its your overlay.. so for example, you use Layar to look with the cameraphone. The normal scene gets your overlay, you see your 'tags' of where is the museum or the Pizza Hut or the cash machine or the toilet etc. Or with the, what was it the harbor application replacing the radar - you get to see where the ships are. The media content you deliver, is that additional image overlaid to the cameraphone scene.. Make sense?
