I read this article and almost burst into tears. I have felt so bad about myself for the past couple years that it has gotten to the point where I will change my outfits several times in the morning if I feel I don't look good. Or I will completely restart my hair and make up all over again. I am constantly feeling bad about myself and can never quite pick out the good traits about myself. This article has helped me so much and I really think it's starting to change how I feel. I've even copied these steps and put them up in my locker to remind me. Oh yeah, I'm 14.
