Join the Call Centre Manifesto at Faster Future blog
Our very dear friend David Cushman at Faster Future blog has launched the Call Centre Manifesto. David has had it with all the nonsense we as consumers have to put up with the call centres we deal with all the time, and launched an online consumer reaction to them. Its at this link:
